› Core Production Crew

Under the direction of the Production Logistics Coordinator, the Core Production Crew will provide production support and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of all Adelaide Fringe produced events, activities, programs, and venues.

› FringeTIX Box Office Coordinator

The Box Office Coordinator works within a close team alongside the Head of Ticketing and Digital Operations, Box Office Manager, Ticketing Manager, Digital Project Manager, Senior Ticketing Coordinator and fellow Artist Ticketing and Box Office Coordinators. The main objectives of the role are to successfully bump in and roll out the FringeTIX Box Offices across the CBD and suburban locations. This includes staff management, implementation of policies and procedures, cash collection and coordination of change deliveries, and of guide and supplies, general logistics of stock and the batching and delivery of tickets to venues. Additionally, the Box Office Coordinator will assist in the roll out of e-ticketing across the ticketing platform and support venues and artists in their implementations of the technology.

› FringeTIX Customer Service Supervisor - Box Office and Call Centre

FringeTIX Customer Service Supervisors will be required to work in the FringeTIX call centre, FringeTIX box offices and off-site locations (as required). Successful applicants will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, prior experience in a similar leadership role and be able to provide a high level of customer service. All staff will be required to learn and have a thorough knowledge of the Fringe Guide, and be familiar with the latest venue information, show changes and Fringe program updates. FringeTIX staff are the first port of call for Adelaide Fringe customers and as such, staff will need to be confident, friendly, hardworking, eager and ready to assist patrons with their enquiries and ticket sales.

› Site Crew – Casual
